At L'Occitane, we want you to be fully satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return any unopened or gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and fragile items are protected.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
